a dooly and carried him to his own house at Irinni Pooka, as I suppose, I saw them take that road but I did not go with them. I saw the Dead body when it was brought to Calcutta. I did not give Evidence because I was not call’d. I knew I must be sworn therefore I did not offer to give Evidence.
