as one of the former Wardens for an account of the Money belonging to the Roman Catholick inhabitants, and particularly for building an House for the Vicar, which was built as it was said without the Consent of the Roman Catholic Inhabitants.

December 4th 1786 The Bill was filed against Bonifacio Rodrigues and three others. The Bill was afterward amended by striking out the other names, on Terms agreed on by the Parties, and leaving Bonifacio the sole Defendant, because
