The Court directed that if Mr. Hicky did not send any Plea regularly drawn in writing, the Prothonotary should enter Mr. Hicky’s Plea of the General Issue in each Cause, as Pleaded by Hicky in Person in each Cause, in the usual form.
Then Hicky was remanded to Prison.
