Mr. Davies. The Suitors in this Court will always be uncertain if this Injunction is not dissolved. There is no necessity to refer to the Master. The account is very clear.

An offer was made by Mr. Davies for the Defendant that the Injunction should be dissolved, and the Defendant give security to refund if there should any sum be decreed due to Mr. Reed, and on giving that security the Defendant should take the Money out of Court.
