both these shops were in the Soubah Bazar in Calcutta and my brother was with me when I bought them. The People in Bindabun’s House knew when I sign’d that Paper promising to pay Three Hundred and Fifty Rupees. Indinarain Sercar knew it, and Rampersaud Ghose who is not now in my sight. Indinarain Ghose wrote that Paper. The same Indinarain Ghose I now see. No Person was present but those two Indinarain and Rampersaud Ghose. It was written in the Hall, and I think
