who were Riots of Begum-poor and Tonoo Bhur was one of those, and a Tailee call’d Sunker Sampoy. I saw Sunker Sampoy sitting there while the Nail was driven. He saw all I saw. I do not know when Sunker Sampoy and Rammohun Takoor went.
I did not see them when Ramhurry was brought to the door way. I heard Ramhurry say untie me and I will sign, but I did not see him sign. They would not let me come nigh.
