To be whipped on Monday next (10 Jan:) from the north end to the South end of the Burra Bazar & back again to the north end of the said Bazar & then discharged at Chitpur Bridge.

To be imprisoned for one month & then to give security by recognizance for his keeping the Peace & for his good behaviour for one year, himself to be bound in 1000 Sicca Rupees & each Security in 500.

To be burnt in the hand, and imprisoned in the house of Correction without Bail or mainprise & there kept to hard labour for one year from this day.
