About 4 or 5 months ago about 5 I think, Thomas Purkiss the Constable (now up the country) brot Mr. Harvey to the Guard, & Doogan followed him.
There was a mark or a scratch on Mr. Harvey’s cheek, & he complained of having recd a blow. I don’t rem: that I saw his handkerchief.
I saw no marks on Doogan face but on his shirt were some spots of bloog. The shirt was clean excepting those spots.
