[In this accot the amount of the first page, being S. R. 75679..13..7 ½ is sd by the writer N. M. Miter to be indisputably due – the remaining articles making up in the whole S: R: 91208..13..7 ½ are left to be settled by the person to whom the account is addressed, i.e. as Plfs counsel insist by Deft; while the Deft’s advocates contend that the person meant must be Ram G. M. because he is called Maha Sahai. When Plf’s Counsel insist that it is a settled Accot they rely on Deft’s acknowledgements & assent as proved by No 1 & No 5.]
Plf’s case being closed Mr. Ja: Dunkin for Deft contends 1st that the evidence given does not support the Jt.
