Mr. Davies contends that he is interested, & that his interest is of a nature which the Release cannot do away. For if the Plfs do not recover against Mr. Dawson, they cannot recover agt Ram Govind Miter, who himself admits that there must be something due from him, but has an obvious interest in representing that something to be very litte.
