admitting all that h has sd to be true, it still appears that in fact every article of the Accot C was contested: He says indeed that he does not remember any objections to the first article; but the contrary wod have been seen if we had been permitted to read Exhibs No 13 & 19.
There are two articles in Exh: No 22 – wth which Nemeichurn admits that Deft ought not to be charged, viz 4000 Rs & 1005.
In Exh: C: there is the same erroneous charge of 4000 R.
There is also an article of 108 Rs pd as it seems to Mr. Fendal, wth which, as Mr. F is a stranger to Deft, we ought not to be charged.
