is sent up to Moidapoor on purpose, the accot so signed is brot down, & then Mr. Dawson pays 16000 more.
The pretense of Duress is then set up, and the wtses who swear to it all say that the peons or Chuprasses came a few days before Exh: C: was signed. Whereas in fact the letter Exh: N – which was sent with the 10 Chuprassies is dated 6 weeks before the Accot Exh: C.
Exh. I the letter about Shauls &c was written by Nilmunny on the same day on which he had signed Exh: C.
Nemeichern M: was a Judge chosen by Mr. Dawson, who accepted the office at Mr. D’s earnest request and he explains how it came to pass that Mr. D’s name is only used.
