Shibnarain to Durgaha, disavowing any claim to the house on his part in opposition to Durgaha; and declaring his readiness that the pattah be given up to her by Shibnarain.
Anor letter from Do explaining how it happened that this estate had been included in the estate of his Grandfar, Baburam.
She was in consequence of these negotiations restored to her possession & kept it till 1782, when during her absence on a pilgrimage to Jaggurenat’h possession was forcibly taken by the Deft M. M. Corformah on pretense of a purchase from Shibnarain.
