An Action on the Case for not delivering at Madras a great quantity of Gunney-Bags Ship’d on board the Defendant’s Ship, and which by a Bill of lading sign’d by Blake the Defendant he had engaged to deliver at Madras, but which were landed at Vizacapatnam.
Several of the Witnesses for the Plaintiff were heard, and then the Cause and the Court were adjourn’d till to morrow.
