14th June 1769.
“Says I have agreed with Cantofe to lend him as much money as I can on Respondentia.”
The Defendants say they took the Risk of Saunderson’s Bond on themselves, and to serve Magee advanced their own Money. And for part of Mackworth’s Money they gave their own Interest Bond to Mr. Becher, the other Attorney of Mackworth. [Mackmath.]
