chapter section allowing an Appeal to the King in Council from a Judgment of this Court in a Cause wherein Nauderah Begum was Plaintiff in the year 1778 and was in the Nature of Security to abide the Judgment on that Appeal. Only Five years were allow’d for that appeal, and the King in Council dismiss’d the appeal only because the Five years had elapsed.
