Us to hear an Argument on the Demurrer and give Judgment against a Person who afterward on the Plea to the Jurisdiction shall appear not to be an Object of the Jurisdiction. I think therefore this demurrer has been set down prematurely, and that we must first try the Issue Joined on the Plea to the Jurisdiction.
