this Court about a year ago, I remember also the complaint before Mr. Maxwell, I was then present, the prisoner then said her name was Brijooserry, she did not then call herself Gunga – She was always call’d Brijooserry, I knew her before the time of that complaint.
At the Trial in this Court she swore she never made any complaint, before Mr. Maxwell – She swore she was never call’d
