1791. Third Term. [Wednesday] June 29.
It was held that Contr formam Statuti was well, although there were two, One for a time, the other making that perpetual, but the information was held bad because it was not alledged the yarn was spun on the Rock.
The Statute of 21st of Geo. 3d continued the Comp. untill 1791, and three years notice.
