After he arrived at Dacca. It was not proved he did go thither but the Witness swore the Money was borrowed for his expences in going, and that he appeared to have things ready to go that day, and that he might go in Eight Days. The Court agreed to give Interest from a Month and Eight days after the date of the Note, at the Rate of Ten per Cent: although no Interest was mentioned in the Note.
