That was the 1st time I was introduced to him. I knew him by sight. I do not know whr the others were here 1st informed. Those who introduced me, told me they w taken me to R. M. on the seal of the Complt agst Jagomohan 1st mentd it to me at my house. He sd a complaint (in general) against Omer, Tonu, Rampersad, Piddutchen, Narain Dutt & Devi Sen, Briju Tecur. At first he only invited me to aid him in the complaint: I knew nothing of it, nor He invited me to go with him as a companion. I first did not tell the prisr abt Calighat; but last Jyaisht, Canny Cunwar & otrs quarreled Choite, & Jaganmohan, & Govindram &c. They named me to the [ILL] with whom I never had convon before subpoena served on me by [ILL]. Meden Metre indicted me, as soon as this was known. I was served with spna. I think 3 or 4 days before 22d June. I gave a receipt for the [ILL].
