9 [ILL] Mozendar, sworn.
I am a banian [ILL] & live in Calcutta. I have served Mr. Lambert Mr. Smith &c. In Poosh 1196 I arrived at Bishenpoor, and the last time I left Bishenpoor on 26 or 27 asar 1197. (1790 / I know Rampersaud Shaw: I saw him there in Poos & [ILL] 1190. I saw him at the time I was there but I believe he came to Calcutta & returned (I remember once in Aghran [ILL] , & [ILL] I met him going to Bishenpoor & in [ILL]. I met him coming to Calcutta: In 1197 I saw him there: he was not there in Assar, when I came away. [ILL] I saw him there in Bysach 1197: in Jyaishh, I believe he left Bishenpoor. I do not recollect whr in the beginning, middle, or end, of Jyaishh I know it was Jyaishh. I went in 3 days hence to Bishenpoor.
