Not be obliged to decide in this Cause, however if the Statute extends to Bengal, the Exception and Provisions also Extend hither, and instead of the Words of the Statute “within this Realm” we must understand “within the Jurisdiction of this Court and within the Districts of Benbal, Bahar, and Orissa,” and instead of the Words “beyond the Seas” we must understand “beyond those Districts, and out of the Jurisdiction of this Court.”
