Plaint filed 28 June 1791. The pleadings in this cause, as far as the Joinder in Demurrer, are inserted in my notebook of last Term. See notes of the 11th of July when the Dem: was argued. The Defendt having been then permitted to withdraw his Dem: on his undertaking to plead issuably within one week &c – He then pleaded Not Guilty and thereupon issue is joined.
