The last charge is for publishing a letter to the G: Gl in Council d: 15 June 1791, which expresses my apprehension, from the mode in which I was arrested, that something unfair was intended.
That I had cause for my suspicions will be proved by Major Baillie & others.

Laying aside the forged letter in the 10th Count the only letters addressed to Mr. Larkins are those mentioned in the 1st Count (1 Oct: 90,) and in the 5th Count (21 Mar: 91.). Of that in the 1st Count there is no proof that it ever was
