Due for Rent, after Deducting Three Thousand for Repairs.
He says he wonders Mr. Palk should ask him for an Order on the Board of Trade, to pay Mr. Palk out of Money due from them to Mr. Williamson, which he says he will on no account give, and he concludes his Letter thus “Had the Council General made such a requisition of You for the payment of Your Bond to the Company, would You have thought it reasonable?”
