Subpoena Duces Tecum, to the Officer of Government who had the Papers wanted, he should first know their Contents by hearing the Papers re’d in Court.
After Mr. Fenwick had done speaking, Mr. Davies, began to speak, but Mr. Ledlie opposed his being heard, because he said no Evidence having been given for the Defendant, the Advocate for the Plaintiff had no right to speak in reply.
