Impey, meant by this, that some years ago Mr. Palk and Mr. Williamson were both charged with having defrauded the Company of considerable Sums, and an Order came out from the Director that they should refund, Mr. Williamson refused to refund, and for that refusal was turned out, Mr. Palk gave a Bond to the Company for the Money he was Ordered to refund, which Bond he never has paid any
