shewn by the Respondent Bulram Ghose, and Ordered that the said Conditional Order for his confirming the award should be set [ILL] with [ILL] that the Appellant conceiving himself [ILL] by the said Order prayed and was allowed an appeal therefrom to your Majesty in Council. And the Appellant humbly prays that the said Order of the 29th of November 1784 may be reversed, and that the said Award of the said William Dunkin may be confirmed or for such further and other Relief in the premises as to your Majesty shall [ILL] is the Lords of the Committee in Obedience to your Majesty’s said Order of reference this day took the said Petition and Appeal into consideration and heard all Parties therein concerned by their Counsel learned in the Law and do thereupon agree humbly to Report as their Opinion to your Majesty, That the said Order or Judgement of the Supreme Court of Judicature at Fort William in Bengal of the 29th of November 1784 should be affirmed.”
