N. B. It appears clearly that Davidson has pd the debt & costs to a person authorized to receive them & that he pd the money bona fide. Satisfaction must be [ILL] is questionable, yet we must not hestily condemn him; with regard to the [ILL] of the [ILL] that of Radabullub: is not paying [ILL] the 3000 SR for which the abovewritten promisory note is a security: but as he is not a party to this [ILL] and has had no opportunity of explaining his conduct respecting that note, by replying to Plf’s affidavit was [ILL] & read, the Court will pronounce any censure upon him.

Mr. Dawson replied, & the Court ordered that the Rule be made absolute with costs.
After this a cause was called for Trial viz.
