To the 1st obj: says
This was fully urged in the argument on the Demurrer & the Courtr was of opinion that if, in the same Plaint, you join two counts which require different process & different Judgemts the plaint [ILL], but that, if the Count, are not thus inconsistent, a verdict may be given on some of them & not on the rest.
The cases quotes on this head suppose that a letter may be published.
