This is an Action against Herbert Harris Esq. late Sheriff for seizing on the 15th of Nov. 1781 at Caolbarcah, Thirty Thousand Maunds of Salt.
There is a Notice of Justification, by the Defendant as Sheriff under a Write of Execution.
This Cause was now called on, according to the Consent given on both sides, the last day of the Term, last Saturday, as if
