Was a Silk Merchant, and on some dealings between Mr. Burges and him, Mr. Burges chose to do Justice to himself and alledging the Plaintiff owed him so much he compelled him to pay Twenty Thousand Rupees, and to give him a bond for Ten Thousand more, and he also compelled him to sign a Release.
