Made by striking out the words Mr. Verelst and inserting in the deposition the words “of the Joint Concern”.
And Mr. Levett having given his consent on such Terms, some questions were put ot Mr. Killican relative to the same entry in the Book.
Admissions and consents fit for this purpose were taken by the Clerks of the Papers, as Evidence in the Cause, as well as, the Rule entered by the Prothonotary with Consent to take the present Examination.
