Mr. Burroughs for the Injunction.
(in any degree probable) that, on hearing the merits, a case may be made by proofs which will entitle us to relief, the Court will grant this interlocutory order for injunction, bec: if Exec be immdy issued on the bond, the money will be carried away & there is an end of our relief.
Lapse of Time does not avail in a case of fraud tho’ I admit it may afford some presumption in every case it be accounted for.
It appears that Behadur Beg was nephew by the far’s side of Shahbaz Beg, that his far was the bror & Hr of decd.
It appears that there was
