(543.

Mr. Shaw against the Ijnjunction.
Burrough’s memory had misled him with regard to some facts from which he had drawn his inferences.
1. He shew’d that the bill not assert any judicial authority in the provincial Council, or any right which the Council, has to delegate judicial authority to the Cazi & Mufties, nor any original Jurisdiction in the Cazi & Mufties. He also shew’d that such authority is denied in the Answer.
2. Whereas Mr. Burroughs urged that there were in this case clashing verdicts, Mr. Shaw read passages of the answer denying that the civil right was ever fairly tried at Patna, or any notice.
