Mr. Justice Hyde staid at home being indisposed.
This day no business of the Session was done.
For business of the Sittings, see my notebook of Sittings after 4th Term 1791.
This week having been almost entirely employed in business of the sittings, inso much that no indictment hath been yet tried, and very little criminal business of any kind hath been done; it was now resolved that the Sitings be adjourned until Monday the 2d of January next in order that the business of the Session may go on without interruption.
It was also agreed that on Mond: Tuesd: Wedn: & Thursday in the next week; the four judges in rotation, beginning with the Junior, will preside at the trial of indictments not capital.
