In last July I was at Dainapur as assistant surgeon attached to the military Hospital.
I was ordered, on 8 July last, by Mr. Carnegie head surgeon, to inspect the body of a native sd to have bn killed by an European. It was at the Mainguard, & was removed to the head Surgeon’s quarters & there we inspected it.
