William Blaguire sworn for Prisoner – Exhibit A shewn to him – Prisoner writes his name – Witness is desired to compare the name written to Exhibit A with the name now written by him. he does so. Says he is well acquainted with the Bengal Character – that the writings appear in his judgement to be unlike – but that the same person might have written both.

Prisoner call’d no other Witness.
The jury sayd it was unnecessary to sum up the Evidence. Verdict Guilty.
