Crime, and Sentence

Assault. Let him be imprisoned for the space of one money from this day, Let him pay a fine of one Sicca Rupee to the King and let him further be imprisoned till that fine is paid.
Assault. Let him be imprisoned for the space of six months from this day, Let him pay a fine of one Sicca Rupee to the King and let him further be imprisoned till that fine is paid.
Petit Larceny. Let him be imprisoned till Monday the 9th day of January which will be in the year of our Lord 1792. – Let him on that day be carried to the Burrah Bazar between the hours of ten in the forenoon & two in the afternoon, and be there whipp’d from the North end to the South end of the said Bazar and back again from the South end to the North end of the said Bazar. Let him be further imprisoned till Saturday the 23rd day of June which will be in the year of our Lord 1792 and let him on that be again carried to the Burrah Bazar and whipped as before, and then let him be discharged at Chitpore Bridge
Petit Larceny. Let him be imprisoned till Monday the 16th day of Jany which will be in 1792. Let him on that day be carried to the Burrah Bazar between the hours of ten in the forenoon & two in the afternoon & bethen whipped from the North end to the South end of the said Bazar, & back again, from the South end to the North end of the said Bazar & Let him then be discharged at Chitpore Bridge.

Let him be further imprisoned till Monday the 2d day of July 1792 and let him on that day be again carried to the Burrah Bazar and whipped as before; and then let him be discharged at Chitpore Bridge.
Let Kyam Khan receive the same punishment as Dien Mahomed.
