with Costs. And Mr. Dunkin Moving to have the Sale staid for Seven days, Mr. Burroughs consented and a Rule by consent was accordingly made.
This day about nine o’Clock in the fore-noon Thomas Henry Davies Esquire, One of the Advocates in this Court, died, at his House on the Esplanade of the New Fort. He had return’d the day before from Midnapore extreamly ill, and died as was said of an imposthume in his Liver. The father of Mr. Davies I beleive is still living, in the City of Glocester.
