The Court did not sit on Saturday, because there was to be a Review at Dum-Dumma about Six Miles to the Northward of the Old Fort William, of the Artillery now encamp’d there under the Command of Colonel Deare, before the Honourable Charles Stuart, Acting now as Governor-General during the absence of Earl Cornwallis with the Army in Mysore, where it is supposed he is now besieging Seringapatam the Capital of that Country,
