1782. 2 Term [[Monday]] March 18
The Evidence of these two Witnesses was all the Evidence that had been given in July 1780 on the Plea to the Jurisdiction, and the Court having then thought proper to go on with hearing the Cause on the other Issue, before they determined the Plea to the Jurisdiction, now thought fit to do the like, and next Friday was appointed for the hearing the Argument on the Demurrer, which is on One of the Pleas in this Cause.
