Mr. Hart, Says he advised with his bonds on a Bargain in the nature of a Tontine.
The Condition of that Tontine or Insurance was not performed, for Mr. Hardwick expected he would go to the Army in Mysore, although it is not in Evidence he was expressly told so, but the Phrase going to the Coast was usually so understood.
