Attorney of the Caveator should be sufficient Service.
Mr. Jackson the Register said he beleived, the process order’d some years ago, five years probably at least, was never Served but the Money was paid.
A Citation with intimation was Order’d to be Issued requiring him to pay the Costs, which Mr.Jackson informed the Court, was the form used in the former Case.
