He moved for a Writ of Habeas Corpus to do and Receive, to be directed to John David Paterson Esq: to bring before the Court a certain Armenian imprison’d at Patna in the House of One John Hollow, and that the Writ might also be directed to John Hollow.
The name of the Armenian to be brought is Seth Agatha.
