Mr. Burroughs moved on behalf of Francis Macnaghton Esq. Accomptant General, that an auditor, or auditors, may be appointed to receive the account of Monies in the Hands of John Hyde Esq the late accomptant General.
Ordered that the late accomptant General John Hyde Esquire, do on or before the 12th day of July next report to this Court an account of all sum or sums of money received by him on account of the Suitors of this Court from the time of his admission to the time of his Resignation of the Office in which such sum or sums and every of them have been applied, appropriated, or disposed of by Him.
