As One of the Company’s Standing Advocates, moved to have the Ordinance openly publish’d and R’ed; now desired to withdraw his Motion, and it was withdrawn.
Mr. Richard Kingston, was admitted an Attorney and Proctor in this Court. Mr. Kingston had served a Regular Clerkship to his Father, an Attorney who lived in Dochester: and had been admitted an Attorney in England.
He came out to India in the Company’s Military Service, on the Bompay Establishment, but being so deaf, that he could not hear at all without the assistance of a Tube,
