are of the said Causes so aforesaid subject to the Jursidiction of the Honorable Court, being informed thereof and pretending great regard for your orator expressed an eager desire to become a Trsutee for the management of your Orator Estate and the legislation and discharge of all demands on your Orator. And your orator further that pleasing a confidence in the profession and pretending [ILL] of the said Charles Wyatt who though a poor, your orator yet thought to be a just and upright man, your orator did some time in or above the month of June in the year of Christ one thousand seven hundred and eighty eight executed a Power or Letter of attorney to the said Charles Wyatt authorizing him to collect the rents of all your Orator’s Houses and Landed Property and also all such Debts as were due and owing to your Orator and that there was a recital in the said
