him an absolute power over the property of your Orator applied to your Orator on or about the month of August in the year 1788 aforesaid and obtained from him a Deed of assignment and dlivery to him the said Charles Wyatt of all the Property contained in the Schedule thereunto annexed and a Copy of which is contained in the Schedule hereunto annexed marked A to which Schedule your Orator begs leave to refer and prays that the same may be had and taken as and for part and parcel of this his bill of Complaint – And your Orator further sheweth that the said Deed of Assignment was to and for the purpose and upon the Trusts hereinbefore said to be recited or contained was to end for the purposes and upon the Trusts hereinbefore said to be recited or contained in the aforesaid Deed or letter of attorney, as by the said Deed of assignment now in the Custody power or procurement of the said Charles Wyatt will when produced to this Honrable Court reference being thereunto had, more fully and at large appear, but which your Orator cannot himself particularly
